Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Payments made through the Company’s website using the payment gateway are processed securely and promptly.
• Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded/canclled through the payment gateway/ website directly.
• Refund/Cancellation request has to be made directly to the Company at the email id bcl2504@gmail.com or at the registered office address of the Company: Bansal Credits Limited, 1, Ansari Road, (2nd Floor, Above Indian Bank), Darya Ganj, New Delhi-110002 which is already provided on the website.
• Eligibility of refund/cancellation will be subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Loan Agreement executed with the Customer.
• Upon receiving an eligible request for refund/cancellation the Company shall initiate the refund process and shall inform the customer about the time line for making the refund.
• The onus of providing the necessary documents to the Company for initiating the process of refund/cancellation will be entirely on the Customer.
• The Company shall undertake no responsibility for not fulfilling its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control (Force Majeure).
